Pizza & Salad Combo

Every time I go up the escalators in Soho, I enjoy the wonderful smells coming from the nearby Pizza Express. However, I had never eaten there until quite recently, though actually I went to the branch in TST's neat K11 Art Mall.

Because I wasn't feeling very hungry, I ordered the Leggera American Hot pizza. Essentially, it's a pizza with a hole in the middle, which is filled with arugula salad. I asked for no spicy peppers on top but had mushrooms instead, along with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

The pizza itself was very yummy, though the crust was perhaps a bit thinner than I like. The salad in the middle was also nice, and hopefully a good way to offset the unhealthy pizza.
