Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill

Dan Ryan's claims to be a Chicago-style American grill in Hong Kong. I had never been there until recently, but I can now say that it is pretty close to the real thing, if not quite. Of course, like much Western food, it's not exactly cheap either...

That said, my steak salad with a tangy vinaigrette was delicious! I loved the potatoes in it, though it could've had a bit more blue cheese. Even better, each table gets a basket of bread and almost dessert-like bran muffins with real butter to start.
