Burger Circus Comes to Town
Yet another burger restaurant has opened in Hong Kong, and we spontaneously went there last Friday night after a few happy hour drinks. Although their website says Burger Circus is inspired by late 19th century American diners (whatever they may be), it seems rather 1950s to me.
I ordered the American Acrobat Burger (HK$75), which is their fancy name for a cheeseburger. It was very tasty, with a nice level of doneness on the outside and a little bit of pink on the inside.
We also got an order of delicious Circus Fries (HK$38) topped with onions and melted cheese. Next time I want to try a milkshake, which come in alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties and are served in soda fountain glasses!
