Laterblog: Cheesy Broccoli Potato Soup

This spring, I bought a selection of cheese on sale at Marks & Spencer, which was very exciting because cheese in Hong Kong is expensive. With the Stilton, I made creamy potato soup, somewhat inspired by this recipe.

In addition to potatoes, I used onion, carrot, broccoli and corn, along with milk, cheese, salt and pepper. The end result was different to potato soup I've made or eaten before. However, it was very tasty and also a bit more colorful with the extra vegetables.
