LN Fortunate Coffee

Earlier this year, I went for dinner at LN Fortunate Coffee in Sai Ying Pun. I didn't choose the restaurant, but I was very pleased to discover it was both vegan and eco-friendly!

Although the salads and sandwiches sounded good, I chose vegetable udon with tomato broth because I was quite hungry. Just looking at the photo makes me wish I could eat it right now, as I love tomato-based soup. And if it's vegetarian, that's even better!

In addition to several types of mushrooms, zucchini, corn, broccoli and cauliflower, the soup included tofu and veggie dumplings. We also ordered a chocolate egg puff (gai dan zai) to share, which was good as well.
