Beachside at Bathers

During our Lantau staycation earlier this fall, we finished a day of hiking with a meal at Bathers on Cheung Sha beach. Luckily, we arrived in between peak lunch and dinner times, as we didn't have a reservation.

Not surprisingly, David got a burger, and I ordered fish and chips. The fries were yummy, and the batter on the fish was nice. However, it seemed a little bland overall. Of course, we were hot, tired and hungry, so we didn't complain. And the sea views and wandering cows were a nice bonus.
