Impossible Beef & Liberty

I've wanted to try Beef & Liberty for years, but we never managed to go until this past fall. Now that they've added Impossible fake meat to their menu, I was even happier to eat there.

However, I actually ordered the falafel burger instead of the Impossible or regular versions. It was very delicious and wonderfully crispy on the outside. I wish I could make falafels like that!

We got the Impossible chili cheese fries to share, which come with vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. They were pretty tasty, and even David agreed that the "meat" was fairly authentic. But the sauce almost had a sweetness to it, which wasn't quite right.
