Tailgating Treats, Part 1
This past weekend I went to the MU homecoming game, and though I'm not really into football, I enjoy the tailgating. I found this recipe on a Mizzou tailgating site, and thought it quite appropriate to make for the big day. It was really delicious, too, though the Rotel does spice it up a bit.
Black and Gold Salsa
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
2 cans Rotel, partially drained
Tortilla chips
1. Mix beans, corn and Rotel.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
