Fudge!

For my English friend Rachael's birthday, I made her some American-style chocolate fudge. I always use condensed milk to make it, and I chose this recipe from the Eagle Brand website. It is really one of the easiest desserts to make!
However, I have been told that English fudge is not chocolatey. I guess it is what we Americans would call caramel flavored. The kind that I have eaten tastes like soft toffee, and of course is very delicious.
But, if I were to ever make or buy fudge at home, it would obviously be chocolate, and preferably with nuts. Mmm! Thankfully, there was a bit left over for me to eat, too.
