Dazzling Waffles at Dazzling Cafe

Originally from Taiwan, Dazzling Cafe is chain specializing in waffles and honey toast. Although we were at the branch in The One in Tsim Sha Tsui, the wait staff automatically spoke Mandarin to my Chinese friend as part of the experience, complete with French maid uniforms and chairs with bunny ears a la Alice in Wonderland.

In addition to the delicious strawberry ice cream waffle (served with strawberry and maple syrups plus condensed milk), we ordered a spinach salad and the appetizer sampler with fried fish, onion rings, fries and chicken wings. I especially liked the fish and the salad, though of course the waffle was the highlight of the evening.
