Japanese Soup Curry
When David went to Japan during the Easter holiday, he tried something I've never had before: soup curry. And, he liked it so much he brought a packet back for us to try. However, the instructions were all in Japanese, which was a bit of a challenge.
We used the Google translate app, which told me that I shouldn't dilute the soup in the pouch. Then, I knew that it would only make 2 servings, though it's always a challenge for me to cook such small portions. I added carrot, tomato, bok choi and a bit too much potato. However, it turned out fine and was tasty, too!
