Bachelorette Baking, Round 2

At the beginning of June, we went on a co-ed overnight bachelorette trip across the border in Shenzhen. Everyone volunteered to bring snacks and drinks for sharing at the hotel. So, it seemed like a good opportunity to bake something tasty.

I decided to make white chocolate blondies, as I had some white chocolate chips that needed to be used. Although I'd never tried the recipe before, I think it turned out pretty well. The blondies were very moist and buttery (and also well-received).

However, I'll definitely stir the white chocolate chips into the batter if I make these blondies again. The recipe said to sprinkle them on top, but then they don't stay whiteat least not in a toaster oven.
