Easy apple bread

Last fall, I baked a batch of this apple bread to share with friends. It was very easy to put together and also delicious! Although the recipe calls for quite a few eggs, I like it because it uses canola oil instead of butter. 

Another good thing about apple bread is that you don't need to wait for the exact ripeness of the fruit, as with banana bread. I will definitely plan to make this recipe again in future, especially in autumn or when I have extra apples on hand.
