Ranch potato salad
Earlier this year, I wanted to try making barbecue baked tofu. To go with it, I adapted this potato, green bean and corn salad. But instead of making a browned butter sauce, I used half a packet of dry ranch powder as seasoning.
More recently, I made the salad again to go with cauliflower cutlets. This time, I used a whole packet of ranch powder, which is probably not advisable given the sodium content, but was very tasty.
