No Proof in This Pudding



I have made many desserts in my life, but am pretty sure that I've never made any pudding that wasn't from a Jell-O box. Well, I had eggs and milk to use up, so I decided to try it.

And sadly, it was quite a failure. I used this recipe for chocolate pudding, and I'm sure it is fine in theory. However, I decided to use whole eggs and not just the yolks -- it seemed wasteful, and maybe I was a bit lazy as well.

Then, I also cooked the pudding too long because our stove is really hot sometimes and I wasn't paying the closest attention ... But, despite being lumpy, at least it tasted very sweet and chocolatey.
