Jaspa's Corn Fritters

Earlier this month on one of the public holidays, we had a mini day out in Sai Kung. To start, we had lunch at Jaspa's. I've eaten their food on junk boats before but never tried one of the actual restaurants.

Although the big baguette sandwiches looked good, I ordered off the brunch menu because I was intrigued by the corn fritters. When my meal arrived, it was not quite what I expected (one large fritter rather than small ones and it wasn't too fried/crispy, only one egg, almost too much guacamole, if that's possible). 

That said, everything tasted delicious. Sadly, we later learned that the milkshakes at Jaspa's are also amazing, yet we didn't order one. I guess we'll just have to go back :)
