Easter Feast

This past Sunday was Easter, and of course that holiday means lots of cooking. We actually had our family Easter dinner on Saturday night, but I still pulled out all the stops. I cooked my first leg of lamb, and it turned out beautifully thanks to Martha Stewart. We had Paula Deen's new potatoes, mashed peas and Jell-O in a bunny mold as sides. And for dessert, a tasty orange marmalade cake from the Jan Karon Mitford cookbook, my mother's request. I should've taken a photo of our tasty spread, but alas. You'll just have to take my word that it was lovely.
