Dinner at Fujiyama 55

Not too long ago, Time Out published an article about Japanese tsukemen, which is like ramen with the soup served separately as a dipping sauce. I've eaten this before in Hong Kong and also in Japan, but I was interested to try it again.

So, David and I went to Fujiyama 55 in Tsim Sha Tsui because it was the closest one from the list to our house. It was a fairly tiny restaurant, and we sat at the bar with a good view of the chefs. The menu was also quite limited, but it included the basics.

Our food arrived quickly, though they didn't put our soup onto a hot plate, as mentioned in the article. It tasted good, too, but I think I like the even tinier tsukemen shop in Tin Hau better.
